Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

Overview

Angelito’s Boutique is not able to receive any type of returns. As a result, we are also not able to issue refunds.

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our store, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged and items can only be exchanged for the same item. If an item arrives defective or damaged, you may request to start a claim by sending us an email at info@angelitosboutique.com with pictures of the item and a description of how the item is defective or damaged. We will give you details on how to ship items back to us. We must receive your returned item in order to process your claim. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Picture of defective item or damaged item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
